My life changed because of a keynote I delivered in 2011 and the biggest lesson I took there was to always know your audience and serve them. For the last four decades of my life, I have learned great lessons from both successes and failures. From having lived and worked in three different countries to being a first generation immigrant, from having failed businesses to having my share of successes.
