NIWE Academy is a 25-employee company with a wide range of offerings including comprehensive training sessions for hair styling, clinical aesthetics, advanced nails, and barbering. It has educated over 500 students in different disciplines so far to produce a combined 100+years of experience. 

The brand is also accredited with 7 boards and supplements online cosmetology learning with adept after-call practical training sessions. Despite NIWE’s robust and personalized training and interactive learning systems, Nathan observed some shortcomings in the business organization and commerce departments that could be worked upon.

Within their small business, Nathan had successfully pin-pointed some areas of challenges and untapped potential - “Before working with Devesh, the business had a lot of problems and challenges - systems, courses, and cash flow problems.”

Therefore, the business was not set up for the future.”, Nathan added.
